Jessi Burg, Founder

Jessi Burg

Founder

I am the founder of Outgrow Your Garage! I received my Bachelor’s Degree from St Lawrence University, and my Master’s in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University.

I built Outgrow Your Garage around my passion for accessible, affordable learning and inclusivity in the business world. I aim to further my advocacy work in underserved communities by using my personal experiences and steadfast passion for small business support.

  • I love to do the New York Times Crossword Puzzle every day.

Taryn Shaw

Executive Assistant

I studied at Florida Southwestern State College before moving to Colorado.

I joined Outgrow Your Garage because it became clear that service-based businesses are often underserved and lacking in business development opportunities. My goal is to help others realize their full business potential.

Fun Fact

  • I love to adventure in the mountains with my dogs and learn about local plants.

Catherine O’Donnell

Education Research Intern

I am the education research intern at Outgrow Your Garage! I am graduating high school in June and will be attending Tulane University in the fall.

I joined Outgrow Your Garage to learn about small businesses while helping them. I also love learning about education processes, which OYG has allowed me to do through their courses.
